Social life is back!

Well, since I was able to see all my girls tonight (outside of work), I feel like I actually am back in reality....Fun times with the birthday girl and others....Gym today ....an amazing 6.5 miles on the treadmill...I cant believe what a new ipod nano can do to someones workout accomplishments..its amazing!! It really is..I just kept going and going anf going....Abs, tris and shoulders circuits....Adding more songs now for the nano....Gosh, if I knew getting the ipod would be this effective, I would have got my butt down to broad street tomorrrow......:((...Good luck cara and Kate...
